The Showalter family has been growing apples for over 50 years on a century-old orchard. The art of blending and pressing fresh apple cider began in 1974. Old Hill Cider is the Shenandoah Valley’s first hard cidery. Cidermaker, Shannon Showalter, crafts ciders in innovative ways that honor early American methods. By growing and carefully selecting apples that are perfect for fermenting, Showalter highlights each chosen apple varietal's character.
