Married for 20 years and parents of 3 young daughters, my wife Kathalyn and I decided to start in the creation of a micro-brewery. Currently, we produce and market 4 beers (1 blond, 1 amber, 1 stout and 1 IPA) and we work on a contract basis for customers who do not have the necessary equipment. Our beers are called Chinelles, named after the stream that borders our brewery!
