The apples used for our craft cider are hand picked and hand pressed and then slow fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to achieve flavour, clarity and high quality. Care is taken at every stage of the process to ensure that our cider is of the highest quality. Every stage of the process of cider making is carried out by us, from tree to glass. Our ciders contain 100% apple juice as opposed to commercial ciders which can contain as little as 35% apple juice. Apples are sourced locally and blended by ourselves to achieve depth of flavour. Our mobile bar uses compostable cups. We also stock a range of hand made flavoured ciders, including Raspberry, Blueberry, Cherry and Elderflower.
