Description
The Lorrainer David Lux, 41, spent four years in Quebec, where he was able to study the emergence of micro breweries. Back in France, he worked in Drôme before settling in Parigné-le-Pôlin. David Lux was master brewer in Paris for the beer brand La Parisienne before he devoted himself entirely to his Sarthe project.
