Description
All of our craft-brewed beers are made on premises by our brewmaster, Al Krusen. Al’s experience runs the gamut from homebrewer to founding partner in the New Knoxville Brewing Company. His experience is overshadowed only by his knowledge of beer — what good beer should be, and how to brew it.
Though much of their work takes place in the wee hours of the morning tending the tanks and systems located beneath our main floor, our brewers can regularly be found working with the gleaming 15-barrel Bohemian brewhouse that graces our dining room. And all regularly share their knowledge, brewing expertise, and stories of Knoxville with our guests.
