Irishtown brewing Co. is a truly independent company based in Dublin. Established by Joey Shore and Flor Prendergast in October 2016. After recruited the expertise of Cuilan Loughnane from the White Gypsy Brewery the IBC have already made an impression on the craft beer scene.
