Description
Philippe Moreau started Brasserie artisanale PHILMORE in 2016. It offers artisanal and organic beers, brewed using the traditional Belgian Trappist method. Neither filtered nor pasteurized, without preservatives and refermented in the bottle, this method ensures a perfect enhancement of the properties and qualities of the ingredients, particularly in terms of nutrition and organoleptic. The development of yeasts after bottling makes the product alive, it changes considerably with age.
