The Fonseca Brewery was born in September 2014 and I am proud to present to you today the fruits of hard work which are the essence of this fascinating profession: brewer. Alex Fonseca moved to Donzenac in 2014 and has developed a range of 24 craft beers, all different and with character. Since the beginning of June 2020, the Brasserie has taken up residence in Objat behind the station.

All our beers are top-fermented and refermented in bottles. These are beers for keeping. We do not have a DLC (Use By Date) but a DLUO (Optimum Use By Date). This means that you can age them beyond the date indicated on the bottle. You will have to keep them upright and sheltered from the light ... The aromas will develop and a creamy foam will settle.
