L’Autruche is one of Toulouse’s first brewpubs, a concept of Anglo-Saxon origin, which combines in one place a nice and festive bar and an artisanal microbrewery, producing beer. Created in 2015, it is an original, warm and friendly space that brings together beer lovers and night owls of all stripes, around our brewing tanks and our taps!
