Tickerage Wine, our boutique family-run vineyard in rural Sussex.

With spare tank capacity in the winery in 2011, we collected apples from local Sussex orchards. We then processed the apples in the same way we create our sparkling wines, creating a wonderfully luxurious cyder like no other.
