The microbrewery La Roof is located in Fouchères (Aube) halfway between the beautiful medieval town of Troyes and the Champagne vineyards of Barséquanais.
We offer top fermentation beers, unpasteurized, unfiltered, on yeast lees, all brewed in our small village which is also the place of the family farm.
Our brewing techniques and the resulting beers are inspired by Belgian and English methods. We therefore produce dry beers with a wide range of aromas and a fine bubble.
