Passionate about beer, Henri Michez embarked on the manufacture of beer. He produces 7,500 liters per year and sells his production on the Lot-et-Garonnais markets. Alchemy, this is the key word to describe the preparation of a good beer. And that's what Henri, this young 29-year-old entrepreneur, does every day. Coming straight from Belgium, one of the cradles of beer, he settled in an old building in La Croix-Blanche.

In January 2016 created his company "La Brasserie des Cèdres". He grows his own barley, without chemicals. He tries to be as natural as possible and is also working to become eco-responsible and move towards a circular economy.
