My project was born from the combination of two activities that fascinate me: agriculture and beer making. Following training in organic market gardening in Coutances in 2016, I was employed as a market gardener at La Ferme du Panier Vert in Quibou for a year and a half. That same year, I discovered the world of amateur beer brewing and this activity quickly became a passion. After brewing several beers with friends, the idea of making it my professional activity sprouted in my mind. After several training, internships and meetings with craft brewers, in 2018 I embarked on the creation of the organic Brasserie Farm "Au Brasseur Quibois".
