Description
In the town of Malestroit (Morbihan), where the Oust river and the Nantes-Brest canal intertwine, there is an atypical place where original beers are produced, inspired by farm animals that are said to have been escaped from a former slaughterhouse. An eco-responsible brewery.

Both from the community of amateur brewers, Erwan Audo and Roland Vergilino had the time to experiment and test different recipes and different brewing techniques to offer original beers to as many people as possible.

Erwan Audo and Roland Vergilino, passionate about making beer and relying on a strong social and ecological conscience, have set up bArQUe !, an eco-responsible micro-brewery where brewers take action every day to reduce the share of energy gray inherent in brewing production. In addition, the use of raw materials (Malts, Hops, etc.) approved "organic" and local is encouraged.
