During years of amateur brewing in her kitchen, Solène, passionate about cooking, developed dozens (hundreds?) of recipes, always looking for the best combinations of raw materials, then the best beer and food pairings.

Solène embarked on a market study, met chefs, sommeliers, butlers, followed professional training, and went to visit breweries in France and the United States. The adventure was launched.

In 2015 Solène became a brewer and, lulled by the taste of Antibes, set out to create a brand in the image of her city of origin. The B06 beer, made in Antibes, was born. The B06 logo, in the shape of a lifebuoy and its sailor top, is a nod to its history.

B06 now offers a permanent range of 6 beers, to which new releases, collabs, or seasonally inspired beers are regularly added.
