Created by brewer Marie Barbaz, La Baz brewery has been based in Coudreceau since July 2019. All beers are created, tested and then produced on site, in several stages: brewing, fermentation, packaging, labelling. Production is 400 liters per week (about 700 bottles).

After a few years of testing and training in brewing, today I enjoy sharing my first beers with you! I was able to train alongside friendly brewers who were always ready to share their know-how. I also had the chance to participate in the DU Brewery Operator training in La Rochelle. Today, I brew my first beers, and I hope to be able to introduce you to many more! I welcome you with pleasure to the brewery to help you discover the fascinating profession of brewing.
