Description
At the heart of her brewery, Stéphanie Coulange mixes with the strength of her arms.

The pure water of the Monédières, the malt and the hops are caught in the round of the brewer.

Its craft beers are made the old-fashioned way. The crackling of the wood fire arouses curiosity. Fermentation in oak barrels accentuates the flavors.

The ancestral production method gives the beer a special flavor.
