It was in 2013 in a part of the Gers that Romain decided to place his Excuse. It’s decided, he will play by his own rules. He starts the game with a Belgian-inspired white beer and a blonde, then he breaks down with his Exilée, a spicy amber. He then hits the mark with his IPA, L’Exocet. Creative passes followed, alone or in collaboration with other breweries: peaty, sour, salty beers, aged in barrels. Today, no fuss, the Brasserie 1'Excuse has a regular range of 8 beers and 5 to 6 seasonals per year.
