Description
Après une formation d'œnologue et un apprentissage notamment au sein de la brasserie Cantillon, Aymeric Tissot a installé sa brasserie dans le centre de Besançon avec l'objectif de réaliser des bières de fermentations naturelles.
L'affiliation au domaine familial, Mireille et André Tissot, lui permet de se procurer de magnifiques barriques pour ses élevages, ainsi que du raisin, des marcs et des lies de vins qui lui permettent de sublimer ses cuvées.

After training as an oenologist and an apprenticeship notably within the Cantillon brewery, Aymeric Tissot set up his brewery in the center of Besançon with the aim of producing beers from natural fermentations.
Affiliation to the family estate, Mireille and André Tissot, allows him to obtain magnificent barrels for his maturing, as well as grapes, marc and wine lees which allow him to sublimate his cuvées.
