Tim, a brewer since 2016, embarked on the Gipsy adventure in September 2019. He navigated among different colleagues allowing him to brew his beers over the months. ​

The brewery's Craft approach fits perfectly into this philosophy: real, uncompromising beers, brewed out of passion and a desire to share!

​But since January 2022 the adventure has taken a new turn: joined by Arsène, the brewery has moved to Saint Martin d'Hères, just near Grenoble. A large space for production, a new canner to release crazy cans, a reception area with a great pallet bar. Arav' can now even host its own gipsy Arcka Brewing Company!
