After a lot of work done by them, the first Dalons Beer was born, it is August 9, 2018. Perched on the heights of Saint-Denis, at the Colline des Camélias, the Dalons are working hard to make the first beer artisanal from the north of the island. Thibaut manages the brewing and technical side, Joris takes care of the marketing and Jonathan controls the financial aspect.
