In 2017, we founded Valviejo Brewery and launched into the market as nomads, brewing Valviejo Beer, which has provided us with a wealth of information about the project's viability throughout 2018.
2019 is the year our facilities in El Barraco will allow us to jump into a budding market that offers endless possibilities. Advised by great professionals, and thanks to our family, we are shaping our/your House of Beer Culture and our new brand, Raíz Cuadrada.
