The Clique has been preparing for several years! We - Benjamin and Remi - met in La Rochelle twelve years ago. Both passionate and fond of craft beers, we learned to recognize them, understand them and savor them well. But we didn’t stop there! Curiosity was stronger. We started brewing with a pot and in a bucket, in the kitchen of our first apartments. Then we invested and bought a pico brewery with 20 liters of production. It allowed us to experiment with around a hundred brews, and above all to develop our creativity.

The stay began to take on the appearance of a brasserie! A lot of daring, a lot of humor, we tested daring and sometimes a little crazy combinations: coffee, piña colada, mango, coconut, peanut, etc. Until it clicked: we want to do this with our lives! We therefore carry out internships and training in breweries before bringing our project to fruition: La Clique! Quickly, the choice of organic became obvious. We developed recipes, we transformed them, rejected them, adopted them to finally arrive at the expected result. Today, we are proud to share our beers with you and invite you to join La Clique!
