Description

Open since summer 2019 in Grand Serre, in Drôme des Collines, the CABULE brewery offers you its artisanal organic beers.

We produce batches of 500 liters of hand-brewed beer. Our malts are organic, the hops are mainly French, if not European.

Once the beer is brewed by infusing the malts in hot water, we transfer the must to a fermenter where the sugars extracted from the starch of the malts are transformed into alcohol thanks to the yeasts. A period of aging follows, to clarify the beer and refine the flavors.

The beer must then be bottled and fermentation started again in the bottle so that the bubbles form.
