"Les Petites Réthaises" are committed to a resolutely organic and 100% natural project. Our top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized, GMO-free and organic beers retain all the aromas of malt and hops. The carbon dioxide comes from refermentation in the bottle, the yeast deposit attests to this and makes it a guarantee of quality. We do not use any artificial flavors, fruit purees or other syrups. Indeed, all our "aromatic inputs" come from fruit or flower infusions.

Each beer, in a concept of Réthaise identity, has as its name a word borrowed from the local dialect and its meaning is specified on the label.

Finally, the "Petites Réthaises" are proud to have created a concept of musical beers: A QR code on the label invites you to discover an artist from the Ile de Ré.
