250 chemin des Champs d'Aubignas, Chirols, 07380, France
Description
The farm is located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park, clinging to the mountain at an altitude of 680 m in the small hamlet of Aubignas. We grow apples, chestnuts, vegetables and small fruits. We run the farm using organic farming methods, respecting the soil and living things, and adhere to the Nature et Progrès approach. The apple trees are scattered across large meadows grazed by our sheep. The apple trees grown extensively are sown directly on site and then grafted. These are old varieties of apples adapted to the mid-mountains. The rose-douce, the béraud, the rose-vive are very fruity apples and make a high-quality juice. We have our own juice processing workshop.
