The story of our brewery located in Carvin began in 2014. As amateur brewers, we had already created our recipes for La Drache beers, drawing our inspiration from the brewing traditions of Hauts-de-France.
In 2017, work began on the building that would later house the Brasserie Wattbeer in Carvin. In 2019, the vats were assembled by hand on site.
Our micro-brewery opened on September 15, 2020, it was the culmination of our passion for craft beer!
