JAVA is the result of a romantic encounter between two thirty-somethings who found a magnificent workspace to develop in the heart of an old barn in Lablachère. They moved into the premises in 2015 and, through major renovations, construction, embellishment and long winter evenings, the old stones and vaulted cellar came back to life and today give a strong cachet to this craft brewery. Eva and Seb finally launched their first beers in the summer of 2016.

In 2022, the brewery got a makeover to give a collective meaning to its project. In association with other artisans in the sector, sharing the same environmental and social values, the Champs Libres project was born. A building located in the heart of the Notre-Dame district in Lablachère. This grouping allows the pooling of many resources and offers new perspectives to everyone.
