After setting up different recipes always around amber beer, the many positive reviews and the desire of restaurant friends to put my beer on their menu, I decided to throw myself fully into this project. and that's how the Waale microbrewery was born in Wasquehal in November 2016 by Agnès & Andrzej Burzynski!
