Morgane from Burgundy and Christian from Australia are the duo behind Domaine Dandelion near Saint-Romain in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. Morgane Seuillot created Domaine Dandelion in 2016. At the time, she took over one hectare of family vines. With her partner Christian Knott, they planted vines around their house in Mavilly, and gradually expanded Domaine Dandelion.
They work 2.2 hectares of grape vines by horse or hand. Since 2021 they also make cider!
