Originally from Taiwan, Chung-Hsuan Wu is a brewer with a passion that transcends borders. His love for Dutch beer culture has become an adventure. In 2023, he immersed himself in the art of brewing and discovered the secrets of beer under the guidance of the master, Paul from 'Goede Kant van Het Spoor'. Inspired and driven by his own taste vision, he decided to make his own mark on the beer world with his brewery called Donjon.
