Founded in 2019, the brewery was the result of the work of a couple, Sonia Casanovas and Samuel Bodin.

Autrement became Stalac in 2024 under new management of Jorry Bringer and Tom Ortuno.

The name refers to stalactites, symbolizing the freshness and thirst-quenching quality of our beers. It's also the inspiration for our logo. Today, we're even fortunate enough to work with apprentices who are joining us on this adventure.
