Christine and Jurgen have been brewing German, English, American, and Belgian specialties since 2012 (as the Brasserie de Montrieul-sur-Ille), always unhurriedly and using traditional methods. The Minimum brewery is now the oldest brewery in the department still brewing in its original town.
