Description
At the end of a path you will find the Ferme de la Prémoudière, a typical farm of the Ornais bocage with its half-timbering and its various buildings dedicated to farming which combines two activities: cider and dairy. Marie and Pascal Brunet embarked on cider production in 1996 using tall apple and pear trees, some of which are between 100 and 300 years old. Apples and pears, 95% harvested by hand, are pressed, processed and fermented on site.
