Description
Changed into La Brasserie Ordinaire.
The adventure began in 2009 in Nantes, in her parents' cellar, where she brewed and experimented at her leisure. She distributed her beer to nearby shops and bars and also took advantage of the Petite Hollande market to introduce her beers to as many people as possible.
In 2013, "Les Bières de Charlotte" moved from the family home to a new location on Rue du Général Buat in Nantes. From the outside, you can see her production area with enormous stainless steel vats, and right next to it, a small space for welcoming the public and selling beer.
After 14 years of brewing, I handed over the reins to Brasserie Communale Extraodinaire at the beginning of September. I'm passing on everything: the name, the recipes, the expertise.
