A trained horticulturist, Jean-Yves Jacob has always had a passion for beer. Not only, he liked to savor it in a pint but especially wanted to unravel the mystery of this fabulous beverage, discovered nearly 6000 years before JC by the Sumerians. At first an activity of pleasure shared with his friends, it ended up becoming an activity in its own right. And in July 2005, the artisanal brewery was born.

This long-standing passion naturally sought its inspiration in his many stays with her brewing friends across the Channel. Dressed in a British twist, the Keravel district gave its name to the Kerav'Ale brewery.

Our craft beers, top fermentation, organic and special, are unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, allowing them to preserve their authentic character. For this we only use ingredients of irreproachable quality.

Since 2014, we have been producing our own organic barley which now allows us to offer a range of organic Rosko beers (blonde / amber / white and brown).
