After several years living in Montreal, surrounded by microbreweries, Max decided in 2017 to leave geology, rocks, and wide-open spaces behind for beer! After a short training course, he worked for over three years as a brewer—and in the meantime, we brewed at home, tested recipes, shared our creations with friends, and loved it!
But what about the kouign-amann and the sea? You're right.
In March 2020, we returned to Brittany. And after a year of searching and hard work, we found our headquarters near Rennes in St-Jacques-de-la-Lande. June 24, 2021, St. Jean Baptiste Day in Quebec, was also our first brew.
