While making our mark here in Costa Rica, and in the world of craft brewing, we want to make sure our practices and principles are sustainable and add to this world. Practices as simple as partnering with local farmers who can use our spent grain to feed their animals, or by using our parts of our non-toxic brewery wastewater to add back nutrients to our garden.
