We’re a new brewery based in Glasnevin, Dublin along the banks of the Royal Canal, founded by brewer Shane Long and the families behind some of Dublin’s best known pubs. Pubs that have years of experience knowing the tastes of their customers. ‘Changing Times’ has created new locally brewed, authentic and refreshing tasting Irish drinks to meet changing tastes.
Across the pub counters, customers were saying they were in the mood for change. They told these publican families that we should be brewing our own range. The wanted new, but refreshingly Irish draft beers. We listened and took note. That customer feedback led to chats, which became conversations, which became discussions between themselves and brewer Shane Long. That’s how Changing Times was born. Change has been good for modern Ireland. That is the spirit behind Changing Times - there’s always time for something new. Changing Times is about changing minds, one sip at a time!
