Brasserie La Vallée is a craft brewery located in Florange, Moselle. We are two brothers, Nicolas and Matthieu, passionate about brewing and beer. We founded our brewery in 2020. We produce our beers in a facility we built ourselves. We brew by hand, using quality ingredients, respecting tradition and innovation.
