In 2018, Francesco and Diego created the Onei brand and began experimenting with their first beer recipes incorporating honey. In 2020, the family expanded with the arrival of Simone and the construction of a new 20-liter brewery. From 2020 to 2022, the brewery developed over 40 different recipes. In June 2022, the first commercial Onei beer was finally produced! In February 2024, the Onei Brewery and Tap Room officially opened in the city of Ragusa.
