Zakara Cider began production in 2024, in Gori, Georgia, where apples and cherries harvested from its own orchards are used to create an alternative sparkling alcoholic beverage. Zakara produces classic apple and cherry ciders — both varieties have a balanced acidity, are aromatic, and taste fresh and crisp.
