Kapsyl began as a group of three friends from Tours, now scattered across France (Bordeaux, Paris, Lille). Each had discovered craft beer in different regions and countries, particularly in North America. For over five years, we each brewed as homebrewers, working on hundreds of recipes and blends. Later, we reunited in Tours, united by our shared passion for beer, and with the goal of opening a microbrewery in 2023, Kapsyl was born.
