We the Skittery family are proud producers of single variety Apple Juices and Ciders. James and Jane took over the apple juice company in 2006 and now their children Tom and Annie have joined them in the business.

Skittery family have been Herefordshire farmers growing apples for generations, having now made apple juice for 20 years using apples grown on our farm and some brought from local farmers. After the family have been growing cider apples for cider companies, Tom and Annie decided to give cider making a go and in 2022 Skittery Cider was born.

We pride ourselves in taking a truly artisan approach, by using only tree ripened, in season apples that are carefully hand picked off the trees, to ensure they are not bruised or dirty – we believe you wouldn’t eat a bruised apple so why would you drink it! We lovingly process the best quality apples into Juices and Ciders.
