The estate takes its name from Uby, a small river that runs through the vineyards. This name reflects the estate’s commitment to its terroir. Rooted in the mixed farming tradition typical of Gascony, UBY cultivates not only vines but also cereals, including barley and wheat. As a cereal producer, UBY naturally gravitated towards beer. Since the beginning of 2025 this new range is a natural extension of the mosaic of landscapes and products that define Gascony's identity.
