Our beers are named after the Brohmer Berge, located between Berlin and the Baltic Sea, near Neubrandenburg. Our brewery is located in Rattey Castle there. Open fermentation tanks, a long maturation period, the finest malts, and select aroma hops give the beer its balanced and unique character. We allow our classically and traditionally brewed beers ample time to develop a well-rounded and pleasant taste. All our beers are unfiltered and therefore naturally cloudy.
