Description

We define ourselves as a "brewery house" to emphasize our desire to create a true living space where the creative and convivial potential of beer is showcased.

We are originally from Charnay, and our project includes an important aspect of returning to our roots.

Our brewhouse allows us to produce 1000 liters of beer each brewing day. Our four 1000-liter fermenters are isobaric, which allows the beer to ferment gently until it reaches the desired level of carbonation (fizzyness) before being transferred to its container.
