This brewery opened as part of the rejuvenated Old St. Francis School in 2004. Once the basement lunchroom of the former Catholic school, the area has been transformed: Fantastical designs of mystical creatures and fairy-like imps painted on fermentation tanks infuse the brewery with magic that mingles with our talented brewer’s expertise and creativity to create award-winning beers year after year.
