Craft Cider Makers in North Somerset
We make craft cider in North Somerset overlooking the Mendip Hills. Using traditional varieties of cider apples gathered from local orchards, our cider is slowly fermented with wild yeasts that give our ciders a full, natural flavour and unique local character. We want to bring the quality and techniques of the modern fine cider world to be affordable and accessible to every day drinkers in order to continue the heritage of real cider being enjoyed by all.
