Description
Company founded in 2023, initial batches brewed out of a lab in Wimbledon in 2024, before moving to their own brewery in Peckham in 2025.

We're on a mission to bring sake into more glasses across the UK, taking drinkers on a journey of discovery and introducing them to something that’s fresh, unexpected and turns everyday moments into memorable experiences.

Building a sake brewery from scratch wasn’t the easy option — but for us, it was the right one.

Everyone thought we were mad for setting up a sake brewery from scratch. No outside investment, no prior brewing background, just a big idea and an even bigger belief in what sake could become.

In 2025, we set up our own brewery in Peckham, one of only two sake breweries in London. Built entirely from the ground up, we produce modern, high quality English sake in-house for drinkers looking for something different.

Locally Brewed, Ready for Anywhere.

Sake brewing is all about care and control — from preparing the rice to making koji and managing fermentation, we do it all in-house, by hand.

Our rice blend combines the best of both worlds: world-renowned Yamada Nishiki from Japan and quality sushi rice grown right here in Europe.
